Some of the buzz words around Upstyler. A digital first, click to buy magazine which was ‘hatched’ while I worked on art direction and digital products at Grazia. Upstyler included e-commerce, a blog, magazine features and regular competitions, content, affiliate marketing, advertising, customer relations management and growth with regular customer surveys. The website was supported with a printed newspaper, ‘how to’ videos and pop up events.
Each new edition produced healthy increases in subscribers and conversion rates.
